5 Star Roofing & Construction did a great job replacing my roof.  Omar was very professional in providing a clear estimate and explaining what would be done. He was very dependable during the whole process and was always quick to answer my questions. The crew was quick and efficient and the job was done as promised. I have now used Five Star 2 times for a new roof. I have been impressed with the quality of the work both times. This time I work with John Ryan who was great! He stayed in touch with me. He was kind and a great sense of humor. The day of the install he came and walked the yard to make sure there were no roof trash or nails when the crew was finished.  The yard was clean! Jason Nieto is the best! We decided to select Five Star Roofing because Jason was so knowledgeable and supportive in our first meeting. After we signed our contract, he continued to be very responsive in answering texts & calls and helped us every step of the way through installation. We ran into a very unusual complication between our bank & insurance company and Jason jumped in to help us resolve the matter. Jason is willing to go above and beyond for his customers and exemplifies what outstanding customer service is all about. Could not have asked for a better or more professional job.  Patrick took me through the whole process, scheduled the installation and was responsive to all my questions and texts.  They finished the job in one day and did a complete cleanup of my and my neighbor's properties.  The follow up by Scott was fantastic, even touching up some of my trim that had some paint removed when original shingles were taken off.  I highly recommend this company.
